Arrival to Finland

    I've been realizing one of my biggest dreams for a long time. I was entitled to go abroad with the Erasmus program. My adventure in Finland started on 8 January 2020. I will complete my spring term education at the end of May at Turku Universiity of Applied Sciences.

    After an intense marathon such as visa procedures and obtaining a residence permit, my journey to Finland finally started.

    Five months away from my country, my family, my friends ...

    But in this adventure, there was another person who did not leave me alone. My best friend and at the same time we began this adventure with my classmates Sila from Gazi University in Turkey.

    

After saying goodbye to our family and friends, our long and exciting journey started from Antalya Airport to Istanbul Airport and from there to Helsinki Airport.

I was going abroad for the first time in my life .. And for the first time I would be away from my family for such a long time (5 months). I was so excited. I was concerned about how my new life would be. I would have a new home, a new school, and new friends.

I was going to build my new life in Finland. I will meet people from different cultures and away from Turkey.

   In short, I had a great opportunity to realize my dreams. And I have to take this opportunity very well. And it is a great chance that my friend was with me in this process ...
